I recently received many questions about my new website. Today you can watch a video that iaan made (from PlusPlusMinus Design & Development) to explain how the site works.

So this time it was my turn to be in front of the camera…And now I understand what all my clients must feel like when I come up right in their faces with my 50mm :) But it’s always worth it!

Who would have thought the 26th of September would be a rainy day in Cape Town? I don’t think anyone did, but it sure was! I was however very very lucky, I had a morning wedding that day.

Ross arrived with his helicopter a few hours before the wedding, as the weather was turning dark and grey. I was just in time to catch the landing!

While I was photographing the decor for Lena and Rune’s wedding I was accompanied by Misty’s (the coordinator for the wedding) little one. I just had to post these photos, because I love the cute smile and the fluffy outfit.

Last night I posted the beautiful Norwegian couple, Lena & Rune’s photos on my blog. Within minutes Lena sent me a email. When I receive emails like this it makes me smile:

There is nothing that excites me like seeing people living their passion! I totally believe in dreaming and perusing something that’s super huge!

This morning I received a very exciting email from Kat, the owner of Rock ‘n Roll bride. Kat has a stunning blog, with daily updates about weddings, engagement shoots and anything cool and beautiful! Today I was one of the lucky people to be blogged about. Kat blogged about Chris and Mel’s engagement session. Looks like this couple is becoming famous!

You should have been in this office last Thursday it was absolutely crazy! The morning I send out a mail to about 60 photographers that showed interest in my workshops. I emailed them to let them know the workshop details will be up at around 13h00 and within 24 hours it was sold out! I couldn’t believe it. I was laughing like a little girl as the mails just pored in! you guys are the best!

Thank you to everyone who showed interest and a special thanks to the 8 photographers that will be attending the workshop! I’m so excited to meet you, answer questions and have some fun! I’ll be posing some more details as soon as everything is ready!
