One thing I always want to do, is to keep learning. I love listening to other people. I love to hear their stories. I love to listen and imagine how they see the world. And by listening to other people, I get the opportunity to learn. And one of my favourite parts of leaning, is to be challenged and inspired.
In January I randomly stumbled upon a tweet, which said that Jonas Peterson will be coming to South Africa in February. I clicked on the link and then I read that he was going to do a workshop in Cape Town for photographers. Now for those of you who don’t know Jonas (but I’m sure most of you do), he has been voted as one of the top 10 wedding photographers in the world!
So, with all the crazy things that happened to us in December, I decided that I needed a break and that I just couldn’t let this opportunity go by. I decided to take out two days and just listen.
At the workshop I met awesome people from all over the world and I left so inspired and refreshed.
I want to thank Mark for organizing this and for Jonas for sharing so freely. It was a truly great experience. Here are some photos of the people and the experience.
