As I was editing these photos, I once again relived the love and joy I experienced on Nikki and Andy’s wedding. Their day was a true combination of friendship, family and lots of excitement.
The gorgeous yellow colours of their reception made me smile. Yellow is such a fresh and happy colour! The details were absolutely spectacular and showed Nikki’s creativity through and though! The little birdies on the line, as a table seating and the wishing tree was one of my favourite details of their day.
The venue is situated right across the awesome Old Mac Daddy Trailer Park in Elgin. It was my first time photographing a wedding at this exquisite venue and I’m secretly hoping I will have the honor to shoot there again some time soon. I loved the relaxed atmosphere, yet stylish and simple interior and exterior.
I also want to thank Nikki and Andy for giving me the perfect time to photograph their couple shoot! It was the most amazing soft light, my absolute favourite time of the day!

Wow, these people look like they know how to have fun! The bride has such an awesome smile and I love those jump shots with the grooms and his dudes! I was smiling looking at these photos – so awesome and you have captured it so well as usual Christine! Brilliant!
