I cant wait to see who the winner of this prize will be… Hopefully me. Like most brides-to-be, the anticipation build up becomes so intense. Even though the planning part is so much fun, it is equally stressful. So to be able to win one of the many ‘things to do’, would certainly be one thing less to stress about!!!!!

I think you have a great eye for detail and these pics are really inspiring!!! You go girl!

Dear Christine,

After seeing your work in the latest Sarie Bruid, then receiving prompts from my mother (in what is close to being described as gorilla techniques) to visit your website and enter the competition. She forgot that a 4 week old baby does not allow for much time online…

Now I understand Why she was so insistent! Your work is beautifully composed – what an eye for capturing the moment. Thank you heavens for this photographer who does not shoot brides and grooms on bikes and suitcases packed waiting at railway lines!!

Anyways back to the reason for writing… I have followed your instructions to comply with your brilliant campaign; sent your name out to the masses via Facebook (you may find a couple of Aussies and Kiwis joining up all of a sudden) and now sitting perked in my “Cherished Belly corset” (so that when it’s our wedding day late next year I have my size -10 middle back!)… awaiting your consideration of our application to share our day.

Gerhard and I are getting married at our family farm in between Caledon and Napier – Sarie just did a fashion shoot there for the November issue… yes – it’s a very pretty location… tempted? Yes!

Your work is truely amazing. I’ve been onto your website so many times just browsing your photos. You really know how to capture the moment & it gives me inspiration and ideas for my wedding. I will be having a Christian / Hindu wedding so I can’t wait to see how the photos will capture the fusion between the two cultures. Looking forward to hearing who the lucky winners are for the competition.

This is a great idea Christine! Last year I gave away a complete wedding and reception entertainment package on a regional basis. Perhaps, for 2010 I should do a world wide contest!
