Today is Friday. My ‘off day’. Which in general means no one comes to the office (we work from Monday – Friday) and then I shoot on Saturdays’s. But on a Friday’s it’s only me and Iaan. On Friday’s I work on some personal admin, meet friends for coffee, catch up on work or I just fill myself with inspiration. And so today, I decided to launch something new. Inspiration Friday. Inspiration Friday is all about being inspired. Filling your mind with positive & exciting things!

With Valentines day just around the corner, I’m very excited to announce a big competition in association with the Somerset Mall. The first prize for the competition is a styled shoot with me. The winning couple will be supplied with clothing from Old Khaki and Poetry, their hair will be done by Sasha International and their make-up by The Body Shop. The second prize will be an unstyled couple shoot and there are some other prizes up for grabs too!

So, if you’d like to enter the competition, you’ll have to visit the Somerset Mall, spend R300 or more (you can also combine smaller amounts together to make up the R300). Then you have to fill in one of the envelopes at the designated areas in the Mall and hold thumbs! :)

Since our break in, Iaan and I have been working with the police and we decided to compile a list of stolen cameras and lenses. If your camera or lenses has been stolen the past few months, please list it here. Please also FB, tweet and share this link to as many people as possible, so that we can get a decent list asap.
