I was very fortunate to shoot the first wedding at the famous One&Only Cape Town in the W&A Waterfront. Nadine is originally from Namibia and Ravi is a Cape Town boy. They had their wedding ceremony at the St Margaret Mary in Green Point. The church was really white and had great light! Any photographer’s dream. There after we left for the One&Only Cape Town, where I did all the other shots.
For the food lovers out there: the food was outstanding! You have to go and visit their restaurant maze, owned by Gordon Ramsay.
I did a few detail shots with my new 100mm 2.8 Macro lens. What a baby! I love this lens. I’ve always wanted to get real close, like ring shots or detail like the “one and only” foiling on their stationery. This lens gets really close and has a great depth of field! If you want to see what I shoot with, visit my bag.
