If I remember correctly Doelie and I made about 4 bookings, before we eventually got together to photograph her two kids. With winter drawing near it becomes more and more difficult to get good weather for family shoots.
As most of you know by now, I shoot 99% only with natural light. These shots were all done with my 50mm 1.4 and 24-70mm 2.8. and no flash.
(Tips for photographers: when photographing kids, you need to remember you can’t make them do things, then it looks unnatural. You need to be in the background and give them space to just be themselves. Be everywhere! And look for those characteristics to come out. Shoot constantly! As soon as you give them their space you’ll be amazed with what happens)
