Marisa and I have been friends since primary school. I can hardly believe that she’s Mrs now. She was my first friend from school to get married. It was such a joy to photograph her day.
This week it’s been raining all week and I was pretty sure Saturday wasn’t going to be any different. I woke up and it was dark clouds everywhere…not the best for photographs, but never the less I decided to make the best of it and I grabbed some umbrellas. Loaded my car with jackets, boots and a studio light set incase it came poring down and we had to shoot inside. But at the end it wasn’t raining at all..just very dark and cloudy.
To capture the day’s wether I had to get a few gumboots and umbrella shots and they turned out to be my favourite set!
(Seeing that this is a family friends wedding and I knew so many people, I went a bit crazy with the selection for the blog and so I’ve ended up with about double the amount I normally post. Hope you enjoy them!)
