I’m SOO excited to share this link with all of you guys! Lizelle has become a good friend of mine over the past year. She is a GREAT photographer with sooo much to offer! She is young, vibrant and absolutely unique!
Lizelle finished her studies in Photography & design in 2007. We met at a friends birthday party and started chatting and soon she contacted me to find out if I have a job for her. It was a bit scary for me, because at that stage my business was only a year old and I didn’t think I could take in anyone. But before I knew it Lizelle was helping me edit and Adri was my full time assistant. (Without these two I wouldn’t have been where I am today! Thanks guys!)
Lizelle helped me out for about 4 months, by assisting and editing. Soon I saw that this girl had much more to offer!! I decided to start advertising her as a second photographer and soon she had 10 weddings booked! Thereafter she went over to the US to shoot a friends wedding in May 2008 and when she returned, we decide it was time to get her name out there, brand it and go big! And she is going big! Her work speaks for itself and her blog is definitely something to be added to your RSS feed lists.
I wish her all the best and can’t wait to see what she’ll be up to next. One of my favourite shoots of her so far was a portrait session in Cape town with Helena.
