One of my goal this year was to get fit! But with the year coming to an end I had to make a quick plan, so I enrolled for Adventure Boot Camp for woman. I’m not really an adventure or exercise junky and besides the fact that I’m enrolled for the 6 am class, I absolutely adore Bootcamp! Bootcamp classes are available in quite a few places around Cape Town and other parts of the country. Have a look at their site.
For this morning’s class we went to Rustenberg farm for a hike. It’s not commercially open to the public for hiking, but one of the girls in our class works there, so we had the privilege of seeing the sun rise with the most beautiful mountain views! I just wanted to post these images to show you what can be done with a plain little “mik & druk” camera! I didn’t have the guts to carry my big bag of equipment with me. So a long went the Canon Ixus860…and these were the results (in manual mode though)…
